Ultimate Caring ABA may use SMS text messaging for communication with you, including for administrative issues such as billing, or for health-related issues such as care reminders.

SMS messaging may not be used to transmit detailed clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, or sensitive PHI beyond administrative scheduling and care notifications.
We respect your privacy. Any information collected as part of our SMS program, including mobile phone numbers, messaging consent, and opt-in data, is used solely for the messaging services you opted into.
No mobile opt-in data or text messaging consent will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties, except as required to deliver the service or comply with applicable laws.
SMS consent must be obtained before any text message is sent. Consent may be obtained via written intake form or verbal consent obtained using our approved TCPA-compliant script. Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or services from Ultimate Caring ABA.
