Our Story

Rooted in Care™.
19+ Years in the Making.

Ultimate Caring ABA was built on a foundation of nearly two decades of healthcare excellence — and a deep, unshakeable belief that when care is rooted with the entire family in mind, everyone flourishes.

Our Foundation

Built on 19+ Years of
Healthcare Excellence

Ultimate Caring ABA was earned over nearly two decades — built patient by patient, family by family, decision by decision. That foundation is what we carry into Behavioral Health, with a deep emphasis on Autism care — bringing institutional infrastructure, compliance depth, and a family-centered philosophy that has defined everything we do from the very beginning.

When you choose Ultimate Caring ABA, you are trusting a proven healthcare family that has always believed every family deserves exceptional care, one that is Rooted in Care™.

"To serve children with autism and their families wherever they are — in the home, in the center, at school, and in the community — through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy, family counseling, and wraparound support that helps every member of the family grow, thrive, and flourish."

Our Partners in Healthcare™ model reflects a deeper commitment: the clinicians who join Ultimate Caring ABA are builders. Qualifying BCBAs earn a stake in the enterprise they grow, creating deep alignment between clinical excellence and the long-term success of the families we serve.

"

Two decades of healthcare excellence have shaped everything we bring to Behavioral Health — the infrastructure, the compliance depth, and a family-centered philosophy that has defined our work from the very beginning.

A Message From Our Founder

Rooted in Care™.
Built to Make Families Bloom.

Our “Rooted in Care™” philosophy stems from a deep belief: when care is rooted with the entire family in mind, everyone flourishes. Roots do not stay shallow — when they go deep enough, they nourish. And what grows from that care is a child who blooms, a family that thrives, and a community that is stronger for it. That is the vision behind Ultimate Caring ABA.

I built this practice after nearly two decades watching families carry impossible weight — navigating diagnoses alone, waiting on endless waitlists, piecing together care that was never designed with them in mind. I knew we could do better. So we built a model that wraps around the entire family, not just the child in the room.

Our Hub Model brings expert ABA therapy, family counseling, school-based support, in-home services, and tele-health together — all centered on the families in your community. We are not scattered across a map. We go deep where we serve, so families experience real consistency, real relationships, and real results.

Cynthia brings 13+ years of multinational, institutional banking experience, alongside nearly two decades building the Ultimate Caring family of healthcare companies. Her financial acumen and healthcare operations expertise form the institutional foundation that makes Ultimate Caring ABA exceptional. It is her vision, however, that sets it apart. Cynthia developed the Rooted in Care™ model from a deep conviction that care must go beyond the child — that when an entire family is held, supported, and seen, everyone flourishes. That conviction gave rise to the Care for the Whole Family™ philosophy and the Partners in Healthcare™ model — a collaborative approach that unites clinicians, families, schools, and community partners around every child. Together, these three pillars reflect Cynthia's vision for what ABA therapy can and should be.

Lauren Read is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 9 years of clinical experience and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She is a strong advocate for assent-based therapy — an approach that ensures the child is a willing, active participant in their own care, not simply directed through it. That philosophy shapes everything she does: from how she builds individualized treatment plans, to how she mentors and develops both behavior technicians and BCBAs, to how she shows up for the families she serves. Lauren joined Ultimate Caring ABA to help build a clinical practice designed with the whole family in mind.

Katina brings over a decade of nonprofit leadership to Ultimate Caring ABA — the kind of leadership that is measured not in titles, but in lives changed. As co-founder of Advocates for Africa, she built and led child sponsorship, education, and vocational programs that transformed the lives of hundreds of children and families in Rwanda, growing a sponsorship program from 200 to 850+ participants through deeply personal, relationship-driven care. Her nonprofit work gave her an unwavering conviction that every child — regardless of circumstance — deserves someone in their corner who will not stop until they thrive. That same conviction is what she brings to every family, every partner, and every community she serves at Ultimate Caring ABA.

Manager, Healthcare Operations & Family Support

Erica Lewis brings a rare combination of clinical training, healthcare operations expertise, and genuine heart for families. Pursuing her LPC-A licensure and holding a Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, she is building Ultimate Caring ABA’s family counseling service line from the ground up — designing intake protocols, treatment frameworks, and the clinical infrastructure that makes counseling seamlessly accessible alongside ABA services. Beyond the clinical, Erica serves as the operational backbone of UCA’s DFW launch — owning client intake from referral through first session, coordinating credentialing and scheduling, and ensuring every family experiences a smooth, supported start to their care journey. Her commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered practice makes her the connective tissue between clinical excellence and the families we serve.

Our Model

How We Deliver Care

Ultimate Caring ABA is built on two interlocking commitments — one to the families we serve, and one to the clinicians who serve alongside us.

The Hub Model

We serve families through a community-centered Hub Model — bringing center-based, school-based, in-home, and tele-health services together within a focused geographic area. Families experience one consistent care team across every setting, not disconnected providers scattered across a map.

Our centers are designed for the specific developmental stages of the children we serve:

🌿
Blooming Roots Center
Ages 18 months – 6 years
Early intervention, when it matters most.
🌳
Flourishing Roots Center
Ages 7 – 12 years
Building independence and lasting skills.

Partners in Healthcare™

Our clinicians do not just work here — they build here. The Partners in Healthcare™ model gives qualifying BCBAs a meaningful equity stake in the enterprise they are growing. When clinicians are invested in the practice, they stay, they grow, and families benefit from the consistent, long-term therapeutic relationships that make the deepest difference for children with Autism.
